Want to help camp but can't make a full-time commitment. We have a number of ways that you can make a difference in the lives of thousands of children. - Camp Maintenance Volunteers: Individuals or groups who help with the upkeep of camp facilities, repairing structures, painting, and ensuring the camp is safe and welcoming. - Environmental Stewardship Team: Volunteers dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the campgrounds through planting, trail maintenance, and environmental education initiatives. - Fundraising and Event Planning Committee: Enthusiastic volunteers to organize fundraising events, grant writing, and community outreach programs to support the camp's financial health. - Community Garden Caretakers: Volunteers to maintain and expand the camp's garden, providing fresh produce for camp events and teaching gardening skills to visitors and campers. - Marketing and Social Media Ambassadors: Volunteers to help promote the camp, share stories and updates, and engage with the community through various online platforms and local media. - Alumni Network Coordinators: Individuals who can connect and engage former campers and staff, organizing reunions, alumni events, and leveraging the alumni network for mentorship and support. - Special Events Volunteers: Those who can assist in organizing and running special events hosted at the camp, such as family weekends, educational fairs, and open house days. - Skill-Sharing Workshop Leaders: People willing to share their unique skills or hobbies through workshops or classes, such as photography, cooking, coding, or any other skill that can enrich the camp experience.
