By playing sports, kids and their families feel a sense of belonging that comes from a community gathering together to cheer on their team.
YMCA of Greensboro's Sports Goal: To help kids to create a healthy habit of regular physical activity at an early age because this can make a great impact on their physical and mental health. Sports programs at the YMCA build foundational & technical skills while fostering strong relationships, empathy, responsibility and personal development.
